Works for private accounts and any size
The username scan needs a public profile. Your export is your own data, so private accounts and accounts with hundreds of thousands of follows work the same way.

Open the user_data_tiktok.json file TikTok sent you and see who doesn’t follow you back, who follows you without a follow back, and your mutuals. The file is parsed in this tab and never uploaded. Works for private accounts and for accounts of any size.
Step by step
TikTok lets you download a copy of your account data. It takes a few taps to request and a few days to arrive. Choose JSON; the analyzer reads it directly.
In the TikTok app, tap Profile in the bottom bar, then the Menu button in the top-right corner.
Tap Settings and privacy, then Account.
Choose JSON as the file format. Keep Activity selected, because that section holds your Follower List and Following List.
Tap Request data. TikTok prepares the file on its side. It usually arrives in 1 to 4 days, and TikTok sends a notification when it is ready.
Return to the same Download your data screen and download the zip file. Unzip it on your phone or computer.
Drop the JSON file into the analyzer or choose it with the button. If you picked TXT instead of JSON, paste Follower.txt and Following.txt into the text boxes.

Why the export
The username scan needs a public profile. Your export is your own data, so private accounts and accounts with hundreds of thousands of follows work the same way.
The parser runs in this tab. There is no upload, no account, and no server copy. Close the tab and the data is gone.
You never type a TikTok password anywhere. TikTok hands you the file, and you open it here.
The same parser ships in the UnfollowKit app for iPhone and Android, so a file that works here works there too.
If your account is public, the username scan gives you the same lists right now, without waiting for TikTok.
No. The file is read in your browser with the standard File API and parsed there. Nothing is sent to UnfollowKit or anyone else. We record only the follower and following counts as an anonymous usage event, never usernames.
The user_data_tiktok.json file from inside the zip TikTok sends you. If you requested the TXT format instead, paste the contents of Follower.txt and Following.txt into the two text boxes.
TikTok generates the export in the background and notifies you when it is ready, usually within 1 to 4 days. That delay is on TikTok’s side; the analysis itself takes seconds once you have the file.
Yes. The export is your own data, so it works for private accounts and for accounts of any size. The public username scan on UnfollowKit only works for public profiles.
A single export is a snapshot, so it shows who does not follow you back right now. To see who left over time, compare two exports taken on different days, or use Monitor, which checks your account daily and shows who left in each verified scan.
The username scan works instantly for public accounts without any file. The export works for any account and any size but needs the file from TikTok. Both produce the same three lists: not following back, fans, and mutuals.
