Questions before you buy
What does "verified" mean?+
A verified scan reads every follower and every following of the account, not a sample. The free scan compares the top 100 of each list, so it can miss people deeper in either list.
Which product covers my account?+
Report and Monitor cover accounts with up to 10,000 followers or following (whichever is larger). Report Large and Creator cover up to 50,000. Larger accounts can be scanned locally, at any size, with the Chrome extension.
How are verified scans counted on Monitor and Creator?+
Each different account you scan uses one of your accounts for the rolling 30-day window. Re-scanning the same account inside that window is free, and accounts you watch are always free to re-scan.
What happens after I buy a Report?+
You are sent straight back to your scan and the verified scan starts. The Report is tied to that one account and includes two more verified re-scans within 30 days, so you can see what changed.
How do alerts work?+
Monitor and Creator check the follower count of each watched account every day and run a verified comparison every week, or sooner when the count drops sharply. You get an email that names who left. Turn it off any time.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe customer portal from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
I am on an older plan. What happens to it?+
Nothing changes. Earlier Starter, Pro, Creator and Quick Scan purchases keep their original price and get the matching current benefits, including the higher account-size caps. Switch from your Account page whenever you want.
