Scan issues
Confirm the TikTok profile is public, spell the username without extra spaces, and try again later if TikTok temporarily limits public data access.
Billing and plan issues
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. If checkout was cancelled, no charge was made. If a paid scan limit is reached, review your dashboard quota or pricing page.
Chrome extension help
Use the extension as a manual companion on TikTok.com. If it does not show the expected list, rerun the scan and make sure you are using the same account context.
